PAYMENT The
Ticket Office accepts cash or credit card as forms of payment. Credit
cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Center
members may pay by personal checks, made payable to CCAE. SERVICE
CHARGES Please
note that tickets purchased on the web are subject to an additional
service fee from the Center’s outside ticketing service, Tickets.com.
This service fee is paid directly to the ticketing service and is
non-refundable. To order tickets without these additional charges, please
call our Ticket Office at (800) 988-4253, mail or fax in an order form, or
visit the Ticket Office in person. REFUNDS There
are no refunds on tickets unless a performance is canceled and not
replaced. Refunds are made only to the original purchaser. There are no
refunds of internet service charges regardless of cancellations. All
performers and programs are subject to change without prior notice. All
ticket sales are final. No refunds will be offered on previously-purchased
tickets if a promotional price is offered at a later date. EXCHANGES Subscribers and members may take advantage of our exchange program by presenting their tickets to the Ticket Office in person up to 24 hours prior to the performance. LOST
TICKETS Lost
tickets can be replaced prior to any performance with appropriate
identification. A processing fee will be charged. TICKET
DONATIONS If
you cannot attend a performance, we will accept your tickets as a
donation. If your seat is re-sold, the price of the ticket may be tax
deductible as prescribed by law. LATE
SEATING Every effort is made to
start all events promptly at the time indicated on your ticket. Latecomers
will not be seated until a suitable interval in the program as designated
by the artist. ACCESS Accessible seating and
curbside assistance are available upon request through the Ticket Office
at (800) 988-4253. Please note any accessibility needs on your ticket
order form. Service animals that qualify under the Americans with
Disabilities Act are always welcome. Infrared listening devices are free
to patrons and may be obtained from the coat check room prior to any
performance. CAMERAS AND
RECORDING DEVICES Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the Center’s Theater and Concert Hall. SUBSCRIPTIONS
Center
subscribers are able to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the
general public. Center subscriptions are tickets to three or more
performances, as listed in the Center’s season brochure, purchased at
the same time. By purchasing tickets within a subscription package, the
following discounts apply: Tickets
to 3 to 4 performances: 10% off Subscription discounts are not applicable to online sales. To receive your discount, please submit an order form to the Ticket Office in person or by mail or fax. Note,
Adobe Acrobat is required to view the ticket order form. SEASON
BROCHURE Visit
the Ticket Office in person to pick up a season brochure and learn of any
recently added performances. Or, to receive a season brochure by mail,

AND MILITARY DISCOUNTS Students and active duty military and their family, who can show valid ID cards, are eligible for discounted rush tickets available 30 minutes prior to performances. Discounted rush tickets when available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Prices vary for each performance, but are typically half priced. GROUP
DISCOUNTS Everything
is more fun in a group! Plus, coming to Center performances with friends,
family, club members or business associates also reduces the cost.
Purchase 10 or more tickets for your group and save 15% - 25% off regular
ticket prices to select Center performances depending on the size of your
group. Discount does not apply toward subscriber or other discounted

CHILDREN It is our goal to provide rich quality cultural experiences for patrons of all ages and we encourage you to share the performing arts with your family. However, not all shows are appropriate for children due to subject matter or language. Please call the Ticket Office to learn if a performance is appropriate for your child. Note that each child, regardless of age, must have a ticket and sit in a seat. Unless otherwise specified, there are no discounts on tickets for children. |
