ABOUT THE CAST
BRYAN BARBARIN is grateful to be performing in front of a live audience again. He was last seen in the roles of Eddie/Dr. Scott in CCAE Theatricals’ The Rocky Horror Picture Show Drive-In Experience at Cal State San Marcos last October. He has been a stage actor for over 15 years and now spends his time playing in two international touring bands. To him live art is the pinnacle of human expression and he’s pleased as punch sharing that experience with you. Rock on!
DEDRICK BONNER – Hailing from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Dedrick Bonner is now, a Los Angeles artist who has made a career out of being the industry’s “Go to” man for all things musical. Dedrick started out as a solo performer, playing at opera & theatre houses around the globe. He soon realized that behind the scenes is where he thrived, and thus quickly made the transition. With that transition, he as acted as vocal coach/back-ground vocalist to artists such as Beyonce, Dolly Parton, BTS, the late Natalie Cole, Stevie Wonder, Jennifer Hudson, Fantasia, Ryan Gosling and Kristin Chenoweth. He has also acted as Musical Director for major projects, such as this year’s 2021 Squarespace Super Bowl ad; featuring Dolly Parton, Proctor & Gamble’s 2019 Super Bowl ad, Old Navy’s 2018 holiday ad, and The Preachers; on Fox 11, alongside Bill Geddie.
KEVIN “BLAX” BURROUGHS is a performer, director, choreographer and lighting designer. CHRISTOPHER MOSLEY is thrilled and grateful to be working with CCAE Theatricals once again. Recently trained in CSUF’s BFA Musical Theatre program, Christopher Mosley’s credits include KINKY BOOTS (Angel), DISNEY’S THE LITTLE MERMAID (Sebastian), CRY BABY (Dupree), THE WILD PARTY (Black), SISTER ACT(TJ), and working abroad with AIDA CRUISE LINES. KENNETH MOSLEY is an actor, singer, writer, producer, and host. He recently starred in the Broadway national tours of Tony award-winning Kinky Boots (as the fabulous “Lola”) and Tony-nominated Motown the Musical (as music mogul Berry Gordy, Jr.). Other select theatre credits include starring roles in Memphis, Hairspray, and Sister Act. TV/film roles include Searching, Grace & Frankie, iCarly (reboot), Ten Days in the Valley, Crazy Love, Black-ish, Pitch, Grey’s Anatomy and his own upcoming series, NTB. Kenneth Mosley has a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism from Southern Methodist University. He’s continued to develop his craft, having studied at the British American Drama Academy’s MIO program in Oxford. He’s written three inspirational books and also teaches musical theatre to high schoolers.
ALLEN EVERMAN (Guest Musical Director) is one of Southern California’s most sought after musical directors and accompanists and has conducted over 50 Broadway-caliber shows. He is known to CCAE audiences from his frequent appearances as part of the cast of The Piano Men. In additional to being a member of the music department staff at Citrus College, Allen also serves as Musical Coordinator at St. Dorothy Parish in Glendora. As a professional actor and singer, Allen has performed leading roles in theatrical productions at La Mirada Performing Arts Center, 3D Theatricals, The Chance Theatre in Anaheim and the Welk Resort Theatre in Escondido. He has had the good fortune to work with such ‘greats’ as Sutton Foster, Carol Burnett, Eden Espinosa, Anthony Rapp, and Bobby Rydell.
Cabaret in The Courtyard is a monthly concert series from the team behind Cabaret at The Merc. For 8 years, Producers Jordan Beck and J. Scott Lapp brought the very best of Broadway to the intimate historic venue in Old Town Temecula. Now part of the CCAE family, the duo is launching an exciting new series of monthly cabarets which will take place in the courtyard directing behind the Center Theater. Patrons will come to enjoy a more romantic, upscale atmosphere seated at cocktail tables with food and drink service available starting 1-hour before the performance. Individual tables can be purchased for groups of 2 or 4 (COVID-SAFE).
