The California Center for the Arts and The Barn Stage Company are thrilled to present award-winning soprano Jacquelynne Fontaine in concert. Ms. Fontaine has performed nationally and internationally in both opera and musical theater. Some of her favorite operatic roles include Violetta in La Traviata (Tacoma Opera, Rogue Opera), Donna Anna in Don Giovanni and Pamina in The Magic Flute (both at Tuscia Operafestival, Italy), Susanna in Le Nozze di Figaro (Rogue Opera). In the musical theatre world, audiences may remember her as the diva Carlotta, a role which she played over one thousand times in the National Tour of The Phantom of the Opera. Ms. Fontaine will perform a selection of classical pieces from opera, art song, and classic musical theatre. She’s joined by renowned pianist from the LA Opera, Daniel Faltus.

Experience the power of performance at First Wednesdays, a free community concert series that happens the first Wednesday of every month from September through June.

Tickets to the show are FREE and are handed out on a first-come, first-seated basis as you enter the venue. Doors open one hour prior to show time, and shows fill up fast, so early arrival is strongly recommended.

Reserved seats must be purchased a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

*Please note: if the show is filled to capacity reserved seats will be released 10 minutes after start of show.
