Jeanelle Brecht

Jeanelle is the Vice President of Brecht BMW also known as Brecht Enterprises Inc., a family owned business of 30 years operated with her two sons Tim and Tom Brecht.  Brecht Enterprises encompasses BMW
of Escondido, Brecht Collision Center, MINI of Escondido and Brecht Motorsports.

She’s involved with Rotary Escondido (Main) and with The San Diego Foundation. In the past, she’s been on the board of Redwood Terrace, Escondido Boys and Girls Club, Palomar YMCA, Escondido Foundation and Chamber of Commerce. Jeanelle is a Native California girl. Growing up, her mother was a Prima Ballerina for the San Francisco ballet company in the 1930’s. She, on the other hand, had a tree fort and played flag football with the boys. Later she met her husband and began working on their business together which began 30 years ago when her husband was offered a BMW dealership in Escondido directly from the factory. In 2001 they were offered the MINI Cooper dealership that helped expand the family business.

When her husband Bill was alive, they loved to dance ballroom in their free time. At their Christmas parties they would open the dance floor by dancing the first dance alone while employees watched. After her husband passed in 2003, she learned west coast swing, east coast swing, night club two step, a little waltz, cha cha and fox, maintaining her love of dance.

Jeanelle will be partnering with Kevin Truitt of The PGK Dance Project.
