In the 2 years that Mike has been honored to serve as a City Councilman, he has been instrumental in balancing the budget, recovering our depleted City reserves and bringing pension reform to the City. He is a strong advocate of public safety including Police DUl/Safety checkpoints, elimination of graffiti, a fortified anti-gang task force, government transparency and local government control. He is a proud fiscal and social conservative and a proven independent decision maker.

Mike will be partnering with Rubi Jaimes of Tierra Caliente Academy of Arts.
