For Immediate Release: November’s Art Spark Lesson Features Oil Pastel Poinsettias

Escondido, California — :

The California Center for the Arts, Escondido’s November Art Spark art lesson will be on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 10am-12pm and will feature oil pastel.

Explore a medium that offers beautiful, rich color as well as texture.

Oil pastels produce vivid, intense hues when used alone or when layered and blended to create a sense of softness and flow.

The end result will be a beautiful holiday piece you can keep for yourself or to give to someone special.

Refine your artistry through a class designed to advance technique and elevate your understanding of the elements of art.

Guided by our Center Teaching, Artist Nancy Robinson, each class provides formal training to help participants cultivate, broaden and deepen their artistic repertoire.

Classes are taught the 3rd Saturday of every month and registration is required.

Tickets are $40 per person and include: all art materials, pastries and non-alcoholic beverages, a free museum pass and a raffle ticket for an opportunity to win a pair of tickets to a 2019-2020 presented season show.
