Gina Lopez, CEO of CCAE recently stopped by KUSI to spotlight the event and the impact of our local arts community.

Presented by the California Center for the Arts, Escondido, the evening includes dinner, live entertainment and an inspiring awards ceremony—honoring Jack Raymond with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

Recently, interns in our Technical Arts Youth Workforce Program had the opportunity to go behind the scenes at The Old Globe and explore what it takes to bring live performances to life.

From touring performance spaces to visiting the Technical Center where sets are built, interns gained valuable insight into careers in technical theater and live entertainment.

Know a teen who might be interested in technical theater? Registration is now open for our Tech Summer Camp for ages 14 to 17.
