Escondido, CA. — January 16, 2026 — The Invest in Others Charitable Foundation (“Invest in Others”), a nonprofit organization dedicated to amplifying, celebrating, and inspiring the charitable work of the financial services community, today announced that 16 nonprofit organizations from across the country have received funding through its 2025 Grant Program.

The Invest in Others Grant Program provides Grants for Good and Grants for Change to nonprofit organizations that are actively supported by financial professionals. These grants help nonprofits meet critical funding needs and expand their impact in the communities they serve.

Both grant categories award up to $20,000 in funding, which may be used for program assistance, capital improvements, or seed money:

  • Grants for Good support nonprofit organizations across a broad range of causes, including education, health and wellness, arts and culture, youth development, and human services.
  • Grants for Change support nonprofit organizations focused on creating and expanding opportunities for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) communities.

2025 Grants for Change Recipients

The 2025 Grants for Change recipients include:

  • California Center for the Arts, Escondido Foundation Escondido, California $20,000

Funding from the Grant for Change will directly support the Technical Arts Youth Workforce Program. The California Center for the Arts, Escondido Foundation’s Technical Arts Youth Workforce Program provides aspiring theater technicians with paid, hands-on workforce training in live performance production. Participants gain real-world experience and mentorship from industry professionals while helping bring performances to life that enrich the cultural fabric of the community.

Founded in January 1997 by Bruce Beers and Donna J. Flor, the award-winning program has supported more than 100 interns in exploring and launching careers in technical theater.
