Join us for a transformative day of mindfulness and creative exploration. Art & Wellness is a new monthly series focusing on artful meditation, movement, and interactive workshops at the Center Museum. Admission to the exhibitions is included with each session ticket.

*Please note that a yoga mat is required for each session. No experience is necessary to participate. All ages are welcome.

In part three of this series, we ask, “what are your roots, and how are you cultivating them?” Join us, as we gather in-community under the trees. Take your shoes off, bring a writing tool/journal/sketch pad and dive deeper into introspection on the topics of “Roots.” This hybrid model of facilitation will include conventions of storytelling, movement, and our senses.
